What’s included vs. not included?
Included: routine admin (onboarding/offboarding, permission reviews), structure cleanups, backups/exports setup, light automations/integrations, and a monthly pool of admin requests per plan. Not included: custom app development, large data migrations, or vendor‑specific premium features that require separate licenses (we can advise or quote separately).
How do Personal vs. Team plans differ?
Personal is tailored to solo founders or very small setups and includes a smaller monthly admin time. Team plans add pooled admin time, faster SLAs, onboarding/offboarding support, and stronger governance for permissions and templates.
Do you need admin access to our tools?
Yes. We request the minimum roles necessary (e.g., Workspace Admin in Notion or Google Admin with limited scopes). Credentials are stored securely and used only for approved tasks. You can revoke access any time.
What SLAs do you offer?
We target next‑business‑day responses for Personal and same‑day priority for Team Plus/Pro. Severity‑1 incidents (access issues or broken critical flows) are addressed as soon as an admin is available within the on‑call window.
How does the monthly admin time work?
Each plan includes a monthly time allowance for small tasks (e.g., add users, fix permissions, create templates, set up automations). Unused time rolls over within the same term (1/3/6 months) but resets on renewal.
Can you help with security and compliance?
We enforce least‑privilege access, naming standards, and periodic permission reviews. We don’t provide formal audits or certify compliance, but we align workflows with common controls and can collaborate with your security team.
Do you build custom automations?
Yes, within plan scope. We primarily use native automation features (Notion buttons, Slack workflows) or light glue via no‑code tools. Larger build‑outs or third‑party costs are quoted separately.
What happens if something breaks?
We investigate, isolate the issue, and either remediate in‑house or coordinate with the platform vendor. If an issue is outside our scope (e.g., platform outage), we’ll document impacts and next steps.
Can I switch plans or terms later?
Sure. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect at the next renewal. You can also change between 1, 3, or 6‑month terms at renewal.
